What would be a good country to move to?

I would consider going to another state, before moving to another country..different states can vary greatly in their general attitudes. Iowa people, for example seem to be very friendly and outgoing (I've never lived there, but once went there on vacation a few years ago.) Maine also has very friendly people (I go there once or twice a year on vacation), and was in the top 10 for the happiest states in the U.S, according to a magazine I read.
