Im to scared to sleep?

Hi all. So Im still shook up. Long story short, I work as a CNA and I was getting ready to get this lady up for the day only I found her dead. I cant get the image out of my head her cold skin, her mouth open and her limp body. It also did not help that I had to clean her up for the morturary (I was petrified the whole time) Im trying to goto sleep but the imagies keep poping in my head. Please help me
