Is Bill Richardson giving Hillary a friendly hint?

he said whoever is ahead in delegates after Tuesday should be the nominee....is this long time Clinton ally trying to let her know it is time to give it up? There is no mathematical way that Hillary could even get close to Obama's delegates.
