IRAQ. Anyone know where I can find pix of New hospitals & schools built by US in any city in Iraq?

we're told the US has been building and re-buildng schools and hospitals in Iraq since "mission accomplished" Yet I can't find a single site nor have I seen any doentary, news programming, special, etc where there is proof of these new facilities. Nor have I seen any stories, or coverage in any magazines such as New Yorker, Newsweek, Time, U.S.News and World Report, etc. which one would think would have at least an article or two about these issues. I'd just like to see some pix. If the work is being done, I would like to see some proof.
