What would i have to do for an outside iguana cage?

ok so my fiance is not very happy about me putting a big cage for my iguana inside she wants me to put it outside. I live in phoenix, arizona so during the summe rit get hot and during the winter it gets cold. i know i can keep it outsid eduring the winter i just need to get a couple of heat lamps. but for the summer how would i be able to keep my iguana outside without it dieing??? need help asap thank you
