Heart and chest possibly???

Lately I have been having this happening:My heart feels like it is fluttering and beating out of my chest.. today... I havent been feeling well. It also did it today but then i had this feeling when i was exhaling my chest(near my bone) felt like it had pressure and i had some what of a hard tme exhaling with out the pressure... is because i am sick or something else.. i kinda have an idea that i have been having panic attacks but not sure. I dont have insurance so i dont want to go unless i think it is serious. when i was walking today while this was happening i felt like i was having an out of body experience as in i was walking but i wasnt there doing it. I felt like i was having blurry vision or something.. or things were getting tighter in the eyes if you know what i mean.. like the pic was getting smaller. more confind. that is how i can explain it...please give me adivce.. im 24 years old. 5'6 and i weight 225lbs. Im not fat fat but i do have some meat on me if counts.
