Need advice on how to proceed in getting to know this girl better and make a good impression. (long question)?

You can always invite her to your house and cook for her! I'd love it if some man would cook for me and make me feel like a queen. : ) During the date, get to know her better, and tell her about yourself. Like what you like to do, and if you guys have similar interests, elaborate on that. If you both like soccer, FIFA is going on now...Let her talk about her, don't tell her all about you.
