Mileage as in your company pays you a rate for your miles? It wouldn't be taxable as long as it doesn't exceed the IRS limit, which is currently 58.5 cents per mile. Anything above that would be taxable on your federal return. Nothing would be taxable to Wyoming, as they have no state income tax.
