IS it ever going to snow?!?

I get so sick of the weather predictions being WRONG! They have been predicting a foot of snow here for the last two days. It was supposed to start today and continue through tonight. It still has not snowed one damn flake! And the weather map keeps moving the snow farther and farther east. I was getting excited about having a big snow.....taking the family sledding tomorrow, drinking coco, basically feeling christmasy! Now.....like always....its gonna miss us, and the meteorologist were wrong. What do they do? Predict worse case scenarios? Because it never ends up being what they say it will......
