Where is a good place to get SEO ranking reports?

I'd like to track my blog's performance in search engines. I have found a few websites that offer free ranking reports, but they don't seem to be very good. Is there a place where you can get good ones? Even if it costs money, I just want them to be accurate and detailed. Thanks!
