Shouldn't india accept Jury system abolishing present system of judiciary?

Present system of judiciary has proved itself inefficent. It is seen as the protector of the Haves and the enemy of rhe oppressed. Jury system with random selecton of people from all sections of the society will empower the oppressed and the women who will seen handing justice to RAJAs / Maharajas / nawabs/rich and famous.
