Rodeo vs. flat spin on skis?

pros on youtube say they do rodeos but it looks like a perfect flatspin to me. my umption has always been that cork is an underinverted d spin, bio is an underinverted misty, and flatspin is an underinverted rodeo. meaning that in a rodeo, the rider will be upside down, but in a flat spin, the rotation is similar but there is no inversion at anytime. yet pros say they rodeo but they dont go upside down. this confuses me to no end, and i was wondering if there was a distinct difference besides inversion between a flatspin and a rodeo. please dont say "yes" or "no" explain a bit, thanks.
