My husband has so any lumps on his testicals but no pain, Is there any problem to conceive?

Please help me, my husband and I trying to conceive first time and he has so many different sizes lumps on his both teasticals. Does it creat any problem during conceiving or does it harmful or does it make low sperm count? He said he does not have any kind of pain and he has those lumps from last 15 years. Please help me ..............................we are trying to conceive .
