How do you get get the gye you like,to like you back?

I use to go to a daycare when I was 9 and now I am going to middle school. I went to the daycare since I was 3 and Logan and I where best friends when we where 3 and my perents said I love him back then and I like him now but I do not kow what to do.Help me!
