Can someone help with myspace?

i have forgotten my myspace pword.and i put ma hotmail email adress so i can reset my myspace pword i waited.but nothing showed up and wih my cousin she tried it and it sended it to her but why not on me has anyone have/had this type of problem can someone HELLPP please.!!:)) thanks
