Can Christianity allow religious tolerance?

I think you're confused about what religious tolerance is. It's showing kindness and respect to everyone regardless of their religious affiliation or lack thereof. It does not mean that you agree with them. If you think that all religions are equally correct and they actually make contradictory claims, then what you really think is that they are all basically false. That's just plain logic.
